Our 3D car models are created using a high-precision resin printing process – for maximum detail, smooth surfaces, and a refined feel. Each piece is a unique design , crafted with the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
Step 2: Precision in perfection
After printing, the models are finished by hand – fine lines, contours and details are precisely reworked to give each piece its final, characteristic touch.
Step 3: Smooth. Clean. Flawless.
In the next step, the model is smoothed in three finely graduated sanding passes to remove even the smallest imperfections and achieve a flawless surface. This is followed by an intensive one-hour cleaning process , during which each part is freed of residue and perfectly prepared for finishing.
Step 4: Hand-painted precision
The painting process takes two days , during which the model is precisely sprayed in several wafer-thin layers. This creates a rich, even surface of color with impressive depth. The finest details are then highlighted by hand with a brush – with millimeter precision and the utmost concentration.
